2011 Flag Registration

All final report cards (3 copies) are due as soon as possible. Also, please remember that as of August 1st all physical forms are due. If they are not submitted by August 1st, your child will not be permitted to practice with the team.

We are currently accepting applications from 5 and 6 year olds for Flag Football by mail, and will continue to accept them up to 7/31.

The success of our flag program depends upon our coaches. Please consider being a head or assistant coach volunteer.  In the Flag program, the time commitment is not much more than you would spend attending the practices and games. Please see the Coaches page for an application.

2011 Registration Fees
Flag Teams (Ages 5-6) $60.00
Tackle Teams (Ages 7-15) $225.00
Cheerleading (Ages 5-15) $160.00
Family Maximum $450.00 (plus $45.00 jersey/uniform fee per additional participant)
Ages are as of July 31, 2011

There is a $25 late fee for registrations submitted after April 6, 2011 (Does not apply to Flag Football Applications)

Payment must be made by Cash, Check or Money Order. MCE does not accept Credit Cards. MCE has a No refund policy.

Financial Assistance Program
It is our policy to never let our registration fees prevent a child from playing football or cheerleading. If you have any questions regarding our financial assistance program, please call Matt Milano @ (610) 458-5359 or email him at matthew.milano@zurichna.com.

Registration Package Download

*In addition to the forms in the Registration Package, we need one copy of a state issued birth certificate.  No hospital records or certificates can be accepted.

*All participants must include a current photo with the registration package; these photos will not be returned.

Report Cards
 Copies of report cards must be the final report card for the 2009-2010 School Year.  All marking periods must be shown.  It must fit on a single sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 (double sided if your report card is more than one page).  This means many of the report cards will have to be reduced so that they fit in our binders properly.  Report cards not copied in this format cannot be accepted.  We need three copies submitted before July 15, 2010.

Example:  Downingtown School District Report Cards are 8 1/2 x 14 (legal size).  They must be reduced by 78% to fit on 8 1/2 x 11 (letter size).  Catholic School District are 11 x 17 (tabloid size) and must be reduced by 64% to fit on letter size.  Samples are below.

We ask that you please be detailed and timely in the administration of your child's paperwork. With about 500 children in the program, we are required to process about 5,000 documents per season with the Bux-Mont League! Thank you in advanced for your assistance.
